What we do

Film laboratory

We specialize in technologies for processing and publishing text and multimedia data collections.

Teaching

The laboratory provides the background for teaching film-based subjects at the Faculty of Informatics, specifically PV110 Basics of Film Narratives, PV113, PV174 and PV114.

Film festivals

As part of film subjects, the laboratory has been organizing film festivals of student films since 2000.

Cooperation

We cooperate mainly with the Laboratory of Natural Language Processing, the Laboratory of Advanced Network Technologies and others.

Projects

The LEMMA laboratory processes a number of projects, from the traditional film festival, through documentaries, to reportage films in cooperation with university organizations such as MUNIE, the Student Union of Faculty Informatics, etc.
